Enquiry & Consultation
- Fratello Recruitment’s founders will hold an in-depth discussion either over the phone or face to face to ascertain the needs of your business and what an ideal candidate looks to you, what you expect from the candidate in the role, and between us, we will devise a thorough recruitment plan.
Job Description & Role Definition
- Fratello Recruitment will work with you to create or refine job descriptions that clearly define the required skills, experience, and cultural fit for each role.
Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Utilising various methods and various channels, we will work to identify and attract the best talent to your business, via our thorough screening process, this way you will only receive the candidates that align solely with your values and needs.
Presenting Chosen Candidates
- Once the candidates have been screened by ourselves, we will then present to you a detailed analysis of their skills, experience, future aspirations and also feedback from ourselves on why we would recommend that particular candidate.
Interview Process
- Fratello Recruitment will coordinate interview schedules between you and the candidates, as well as preparing the candidates for their interview with you.
Selection, Offer & Onboarding
- Fratello Recruitment will assist with extending offers and negotiating terms between you and the candidate, we will also ensure a smooth onboarding process for the new hires by presenting employment offers and sorting out and relevant documentation, thus saving you time.
Permanent Recruitment Fees / Rates
Upon the successful hiring of the candidate(s), a 15% fee applies per candidate, This fee is calculated as 15% of the candidates base salary only
