Richard Bickerton – Director / Founder
Ric (Richard) was born in Chester in June 1987 and was the first of three children to parents Helen and Glyn.
After attending school, Ric studied Business and IT at Reaseheath College and after he graduated, started his career in customer services (call centre). Ric has worked at some of the biggest companies in the world, including Manchester United, O2, Jungheinrich and Vodafone.
Ric feels that the number one goal for any business should always be customer satisfaction. After various encounters with some of the mainstream recruiting agencies, he feels that this can be lost in the world of recruitment. Thus creating Fratello Recruitment.
Ric is happily married to Michelle. He also has a daughter called Amelia – Rose. He is a massive Manchester United supporter
Mark Palmer – Director / Founder
Mark was born in Whiston hospital on May 15th 1991 and was the first of three children – one sister and one brother
After attending school & completing a business course in college, Mark studied Business Management & Marketing at the University of Chester (Warrington Campus), he has worked for some of the biggest companies in the UK, such as Morrisons, B&M, Webuyanycar.com, Maplin and Brighthouse to name a few holding various management based positions such as Supervisor, Deputy Manager and Branch/Unit Management – as a result of some of these roles, Mark was first introduced to Recruitment when he was actively involved in the recruitment process when bringing on new team members in both entry level and management positions.
Outside of office he enjoys spending time with his fiancé Heather, 3 beautiful daughters & little boy – Sophia (12), Olivia (7), Isabella (3) and Theodore (1) – He is also a avid Liverpool and Widnes Viking supporter.
